Ingredients

2 cans (5 oz each) drained or 1 pouch (5 oz or 6.4 oz) tuna
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1/2 cup raisins
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 papayas, halved lengthwise, seeded
Garnish with mint sprigs

Directions

Combine tuna, celery, almonds, raisins, curry, ginger, mayonnaise and orange juice. Fill papaya halves with tuna mixture and garnish with fresh mint.
