Ingredients

1 can (5 oz) drained or 1 pouch (2.5 oz) tuna
24 green onions, white part removed
6 flavored wraps
6 leaves of lettuce, washed and pat dry
2 cups cooked rice
3 tablespoons each: julienned red and yellow bell peppers
1/4 cup each: chopped cashews and oriental sesame seed dressing

Directions

Blanch green onion stems in hot water for 30 seconds or until limp. Rinse in cold water; pat dry. Tie 2 ends together to make 12 long strings. Set aside. Line wraps with lettuce leaves. Evenly spread rice, bell peppers, tuna, cashews, and dressing over lettuce. Roll wraps. Tie one string of green onions 2" from each end. Cut wraps in half (each half will be tied).
