Ingredients
1 can (5 oz) drained or 1 pouch (2.5 oz) tuna
1/2 each: red and green bell pepper, red onion, grilled and julienned
1 tablespoon green onion, chopped
1/8 teaspoon fresh minced garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
2 (8") flour tortillas
Optional: shredded romaine lettuce, sliced tomato, black olives
Directions
In a medium bowl, toss together red and green bell peppers, red onion, green onions and garlic. Fold in tuna with vegetables; salt and pepper to taste. If desired line tortillas with optional ingredients before evenly dividing tuna mixture into tortillas. Wrap to close.
