Ingredients
2 cans (5 oz each) drained or 1 pouch (5 oz or 6.4 oz) tuna
1 medium tomato, diced
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup black olives, chopped
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
2 large pita breads (6 1/2")
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° F. Combine tuna, tomato, onion, olives and parsley. Toss with olive oil and vinegar. Fill pita halves with tuna mixture and top with feta cheese. Warm on baking sheet in oven for 10 minutes.
