Ingredients

1 can (12 oz) drained or 2 pouches (5 oz or 6.4 oz each) tuna
3 lbs. small red potatoes: cooked, cooled, and cut in half
12 oz bottle Champagne dressing
1 cup each: shredded carrots and diced red onion
16 oz package fresh broccoli florets, coarsely chopped or frozen (thawed)
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh basil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh garlic
1/2 teaspoon each: salt and pepper

Directions

In a large bowl, toss together potatoes, dressing, broccoli, carrots, onions, basil, garlic, salt and pepper until well blended. Gently fold in tuna. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Toss once just before serving.
