Half a dozen Parliamentarians conducted an inquiry for a year, in which they took scientific and other evidence from experts at a number of open meetings. This evidence clarifies the role of omega-3 fatty acids and other nutrients in brain development and function and leads panelists to recommend that all people in the UK should be encouraged to eat more fish.
