Ingredients

Salad
2 cans of tuna (5 oz each) drained or 1 pouch of tuna (5 oz or 6.4 oz)
1 pound dry spaghetti
1/2 cup frozen peas
1/2 cup carrots, julienned
1/2 medium red bell pepper, sliced
1/2 medium yellow red bell pepper, sliced
2 green onions, sliced diagonally
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
1 tablespoon peanuts
Garnish with 2 red chilies or sprinkle crushed red chili

Dressing
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Directions

Prepare spaghetti according to package directions and set aside. Microwave frozen peas. Combine tuna, peas, carrots, bell peppers, green onions, sesame seeds and peanuts with spaghetti. Mix dressing ingredients together in small bowl. Toss dressing with spaghetti mixture.
